In order to return/exchange a merchandise, customers are required to use the proper channel i.e, a shipping method. Our facility will only receive items that are delivered through various courier services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and so forth.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
InternationalAll orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (excl. weekends) after receiving payment. Warehouse will ship the order as soon as the bank clears the payment. Delivery via USPS may take up to 10 working days worldwide. Shipping cost is 30 USD. It is of high importance that you state the correct and precise shipping information. We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We will inform you if the delay occurs. Please note that delays may arise during holidays and sale periods. Loft324 does not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery. Please note: Loft324 does not deliver to hotels.
Our policy lasts 14 days for orders within the US, and 21 days for International orders. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the number of days noted have gone by since your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. IF HANG TAG IS REMOVED, WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR ACCOUNT. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days after receipt of item to refund your account. Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promo (when a discount code is applied) cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
